By purchasing bourbons and whiskeys from Pina stores you are helping us to be able to provide more allocated bourbons and whiskeys because the more we sell the more we are allowed to get. We want to reward your loyalty by making sure that our Pina customers have first access to these bottles when they hit the stores. With every full punch card you are eligible to purchase (at MSRP) an allocated bottle as they come available at the different stores. See the rules below for details.
Each purchase of whiskey and bourbon ($25 or more) earns a punch on the Pina Inner Circle card. Once all 10 punches are completed, you become an official member of the Pina Inner Circle. As the stores receive Allocated Distributions, a text message will be sent to the Pina Inner Circle members informing them as to what Allocated bottles are in the different stores. Selections and options will vary. A completed punch card allows you to purchase one allocated bottle at MSRP, while supplies last. Purchases are first come, first served after the announcement has been made. Bottles will not be held. Once you are part of the Pina Inner Circle and are on the text list, you will stay on the text list, but a fully punched card(s) is required for an allocated purchase. Fully punched cards are good for One Use Only and will be required to be surrendered to the store with the purchase of the allocated bottle. Some bottles may require more than one fully-punched card. Un-redeemed cards do not expire and are valid for as long as the program lasts. Cards are not store-specific. Inner Circle Punch cards can be punched and redeemed at any of the Pina locations. Cards have no monetary value.

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and have a valid government-issued identification proving their age. Employees of Pina Wine and Spirits (“Company”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants can earn punches on the Pina Reserve Registry card with each qualifying purchase. Details of qualifying purchases are specified in the Program rules available at our stores and website. A fully punched card entitles the holder to access the Allocation text message program and purchase allocated bottles at MSRP, subject to availability and Program rules.
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive text messages and/or emails regarding Program updates, including but not limited to allocated bottle availability. You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by following the instructions provided in those messages.
We value your privacy. Participation in the Program requires the collection and use of personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Allocated bottles are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Punch cards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be surrendered at the time of purchase of an allocated bottle. Must be 21and present a valid photo ID at time of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice, including the right to change these Terms, the Program rules, or benefits offered.
The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, electronic transmission, or other delivery method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Must be 21 to purchase.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.
